  • What we do

Whether it’s in your home, child’s school or a neighborhood community center or yoga studio, we’re open to bringing playful, joyful, self-expressive kids yoga to you!

We use animated poses and basic stretching exercises to promote strength, flexibility, coordination and body awareness. Breathing and visualization techniques teach kids how to focus, relax and develop self-control.

Kids will improve concentration and focus, stimulate their imagination and help to release energy in a fun, safe environment.

Happy Feet Yoga also promotes inner-strength, confidence and self-esteem; a feeling of well-being and respect for others; and, love for one’s self, inside and out.

    why
  • Teacher

KathleenKathleen has a ballet background, frequently volunteers at the Florida Hospital and has a passion for nursing as well. Kathleen is certified through the Radiant Child Yoga Program and in Infant/Child CPR.

Kathleen loves children and is constantly inspired by their playfulness, truthfulness, and silliness. A big kid herself, Kathleen can easily communicate and bond with children, and make the shyest of kids feel comfortable in her presence. Her classes encourage the kids to participate, play, sing, dance, imagine, and most importantly, have tons of fun while learning yoga. And although she doesn’t have any children of her own, she does have a baby Maltese, Bambino, who practices Doga!
